Toronto, Ontario, Canada – May 8th, 2013 – MCW Energy Group (TSX-V: MCW) (MCW.V) (“MCW”), a Canadian holding company involved in fuel distribution and the creation of oil sands extraction technology, today announced that New York-based Revere Securities Corporation has been appointed as placement agent for MCW’s proposed $ 30 million Series A Bond issue.  The proposed funding will consist of non-listed, non-convertible, unsecured Series A Bods.
