Clean, Sustainable Energy and Social Responsibilities [German Version]

Deer, Clean Energy

MCW Energy Group is acutely aware of its corporate responsibilities as they pertain to preservation of the environment, protection of heritage and cultural landmarks, safe work environments, employee safety and respect for local residents. As the Company moves forward in the development of its oil sands properties, all of these factors will play major roles which require proper corporate planning, inter-action with outside groups and consultation with respective experts to create a positive, nature-friendly environment from which everyone may benefit.

American Oil, Sustainable Energy

To meet this task, MCW Energy Group has adopted its own action plan, termed the "Health, Safety And Environment Management System," which not only includes all of the elements discussed above, but includes factors such as fire safety and emergency response procedures and emergency preparedness protocols. The Company is keen on maximizing the efficiencies and environmentally-friendly elements of its oil extraction technology, which requires no water during the process, no high temperatures or pressures during the extraction process and the minimization of any remaining footprint after the mining process is complete. With the proven level of extracted hydrocarbon levels averaging 97% - 98%, the processed sands may be safely placed back in their original location. MCW's Liquid Extraction System also minimizes the energy required to produce oil from oil sands deposits without damaging infrastructure. And by developing new, domestic sources of energy through its concept of "American Oil For America," the Company will help to minimize America's reliance on foreign oil supplies and the massive infrastructures required to deliver it throughout the country. At the same time, with this new development of domestic fuel sources, MCW expects that it will open up many new skilled job opportunities in the western states as it expands its operations in oil sands extraction and fuel distribution.

Clean Energy, Domestic Energy

Prior to any lease development project, the Company and its MCW Oil Sands Recovery, LLC division have a procedural policy which includes the appointment of geological and/or environmental consultants (usually local firms with extensive regional knowledge) for the generation of an environmental impact report, which examines any possible issue pertaining to geology, nature, cultural or heritage elements. These findings are summarized and issued to local and state governments for approvals prior to the initiation of any development program.

MCW's oil distribution company, MCW Fuels, is currently involved in the development of fuels of the future, especially with the advent of hydrogen fuel introduction in western United States and the radically different requirements for fuel distribution, efficient delivery techniques and the dissemination of information to the general public on how to efficiently capitalize on a new alternative energy source. With its reputation on providing innovations in oil extraction technology and oil distribution systems, MCW and its corporate team feel proud that they will play a major role in America by developing energy and alternate fuels for the future in a very environmentally-friendly manner.
